All services are provided on a best‑effort basis only. Global Hire does not guarantee interviews, job placement, employment, compensation levels, project assignments, timelines, or immigration outcomes.
2. No Guarantee & Advertising Disclosure
In compliance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines:
All success stories, timelines, statistics, or examples shared on our website or marketing materials are illustrative only
Results may vary based on individual qualifications, market conditions, employer requirements, and external factors
No statement should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of results
3. Independent Service Provider
Global Hire is an independent service provider and is not:
An employer
A joint employer
An agent of any hiring company
All hiring decisions are made solely by third‑party employers or clients.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
All service fees are disclosed in advance
Fees are payable as per the selected plan
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Once services commence, fees are considered earned
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are
non‑refundable once services begin
This includes (but is not limited to) profile marketing, submissions, outreach, interview coordination, or training access
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Termination does not entitle the client or candidate to any refund for services rendered or in progress
6. Candidate Representations
By enrolling, candidates confirm that:
All resumes, credentials, experience, certifications, and work authorization details provided are accurate and lawful
Any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services without refund
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. law, Global Hire shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Loss of income, employment opportunity, business, or reputation
8. Mandatory Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Global Hire services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
No court litigation
No jury trial
No class actions or representative proceedings
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only
9. Confidentiality & Data Use
Global Hire handles all personal and professional information confidentially. Data is used solely for recruitment, staffing, and related services, in compliance with applicable U.S. data protection laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
